ABOUT THE FARM
The owner of Las Brumas's coffee farm, Ernesto started this project which aims to create a condition that mimics a natural forest to produce coffee in a way that reduces the environmental impact. His knowledge & experience drive him to be detailed in every process, like picking coffee cherries only when their sugar content reaches 24 Brix degrees. Ernesto's coffees are signature for their dense sweetness, which we experience from cupping to brewing.
