ABOUT THE FARM
Producer of El Futuro, Clara Deicy López Lasso, grew up in the middle of coffee plantations and has been closely connected to coffee since young. The fermentation process in wooden hoppers, followed by pulping and resting in a concrete tank for 36 hours ensures optimal flavour development. Vibrant acidity, juicy & clean cup with the flavour of strawberry, apple, raisin & red cherry finish - we hope you like the characteristics of this coffee as we do!
