ABOUT THE FARM
During the harvest, the coffee exporter, Girma Edema works with the Gerbicho Rogicha association, which consists of 1,500 small coffee producers that cultivate coffee from 5-acre plots located in Gerbicho Rogicha within the Bule Hora District of the Guji Zone, Oromia Region, Ethiopia. Coffee producers deliver their ripe cherries to the mill where it is carefully sorted, and then placed on raised drying beds in thin layers and dried for 18 to 21 days.
