Gentle, tea-like aroma reminds of Tie Guan Yin. When it's hot, you'll experience more dried yellow peach, dominant tie guan yin, with a round and smooth mouthfeel. As the temperature cools down, you'll get a more syrupy mouthfeel, hints of apricot and more fresh fruit characteristics.

ABOUT KELLOO SIKO
“Kelloo” means "yellow" in the Oromiffa language, which represents coffee that tastes like yellow tropical fruit, florals, peach and stone fruits. This lot comes from a washing station named Siko which was founded in 2017. Located in the Siko village of Uraga, Guji, this washing station produces quality cup profiles and high-scoring lots. The station buys cherries from around 500 neighbouring farmers, whose farms sit at a high altitude of 2100 - 2250 masl. The land’s rich, fertile, red soils and constant sunlight exposure allow the well-trained farmers to grow high-quality coffee.
