  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
  • How can I change my shipping address?
    If you wish to change your shipping address, kindly email us at before the 25th of the month so we can arrange it for you.
  • I don't have a grinder. Can you pre-grind my beans?
    Yes! You may choose Ground Coffee Subscription Plan & we will pre-grind the beans for you. Just make sure you share with us your brewing recipe in detail for a customised grind size!
  • What will I get with my coffee subscription?
    You will receive a different coffee every month. Whether it's a new arrival, a return of our favourite farm, or an exclusive coffee that you wouldn't get as retail beans in our shop. You can choose to order 1, 2, 3 or 4 bags per month. In each bag, you will find 150g to 200g of coffee, depending on the coffee we have selected that month. If you order 2 ~ 4 bags, you will receive that month's subscription coffee and 2 or 3 different coffees from the range of filter coffees available that month.
  • When will I receive my coffee?
    For the first batch, we will ship out the beans in the 2nd week of March. The exact shipping date will be announced via email to all subscribers in the first week of March. For the upcoming batches (starting from April onwards): We will ship out the beans within the 1st week of the month. It usually takes around 2-3 days for deliveries within the Peninsular.
  • Can I cancel my subscription / skip a delivery?
    If you wish to cancel/skip, kindly email us at before the 25th of the month so we can make the change for you.
