Erika Mayerly Perez is a first-generation coffee producer who operates Finca Las Nubes, located in the Alto de las Águilas village of Gigante, Huila, Colombia. Established in 2024, the farm covers 14 hectares, with 12 hectares dedicated to coffee production. Erika cultivates 60,000 coffee trees of the Castillo and Colombia varieties at an altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level.
Erika is a member of Coocentral, a cooperative supporting regional coffee producers. She is focused on improving her operations and plans to invest in new coffee processing machinery to enhance the quality and efficiency of her production.
