This coffee is produced by Andrés Reyes Hernandez on his farm, Reyes, located in Pozo Negro, Intibucá. His four-hectare farm is situated in the mountains of Intibucà, with coffee growing on three hectares. He cultivates Red Catuai at an elevation of 1670 to 1700 metres above sea level.

Andrés' grandfather, on his mother's side, was a pioneer of coffee production, as one of the first coffee producers in Pozo Negro. Andrés' wife, Teresa, and his family help around the farm to keep production costs low.

Andrés has expressed his satisfaction in selling his coffee to us because of the pricing system in place and the ability to better understand the quality of his coffee.
