This coffee comes from Halo, a village located within Gedeb Woreda. Local farmers bring their cherries to the Halo Beriti Washing Station for processing. Expecting a clean and bright cup.

500g & 1kg: Kraft paper side gusset bag foil-lined with a degassing valve. Please note that the bag is without a zipper, and it is not resealable after opened.
This coffee is processed at the Halo Beriti Washing Station, located in the heart of Gedeb Woreda in the broader Gedeo Zone. Approximately 388 local farmers deliver red cherries from nearby farms.
The station itself is situated at 2150 metres above sea level. The cherries are brought to the wet mill in the small hamlet of Udeye, where they are separated into two grades, Grade 1 and Grade 2, based on density during fermentation after pulping.
